She turned out to be something new.
Far better than the first impression,
Her personality made on my mind, phew!
I thought she was inhuman and insane.
Acting imprudent everytime,
Obviously hated showing she had some brain.
I became friends with her,
Only because she was intimate with my 'dearest'
And so I had to entertain her without any murmur.
Once I had a disgraceful tiff with her,
It upsetted us both
But I suffered more than her.
"Who cares?" I thought once,
But I did care and it mattered,
As I am not really a dunce.
I approached her to say a 'sorry'
Because I cannot live with any disgust,
That forces me to worry.
Things became formal and gradually nice.
We no longer fought,
Like brainless cats and mice.
She was simply the opposite of what I thought she would be,
She was lively, fun-loving and daring;
Who had the ability to make anyone tension free.
I love her as a friend now.
And I will always be true to her-
I solemnly and firmly take this vow.
She is someone of my kith and kin.
I cannot dare to upset her again,
Because I don't want to commit yet another sin.
I wish, everything remains fine between us both.
I cannot afford to lose another friend.
And even the very idea of such consequence, I loathe.
